Topo Group is one of the largest electronics and home appliances retail chains in Lithuania. We are looking for an active, organized and creative colleague to join our marketing team and help implement campaigns from idea to results. 💻
Your responsibilities
- Help plan and coordinate campaigns and promotions in ATL, OOH/DOOH, digital channels and stores;
- Prepare tasks (briefs) for the creative agency, track their implementation and deadlines;
- Coordinate communication between marketing, purchasing, sales and other departments;
- Help prepare proposals for suppliers and track the implementation of obligations;
- Check advertising texts, banners and POS materials before publication;
- Collect campaign data and help prepare results reports;
- Manage project documentation, calendars and task tracking systems;
- Monitor market trends and help the team stay one step ahead;
- Use AI tools in everyday work, because creativity has no limits here.
What do we expect from you
Higher education (marketing, communication, business management or similar field) or final year studies.
- At least 1 year of experience in a marketing, advertising agency or project coordination (an advantage, but not a prerequisite);
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously;
- Attention to detail and responsibility for meeting deadlines;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, written and spoken, good knowledge of English;
- Good MS Office (especially Excel) skills;
- Advantage: experience with Canva, Figma, Google Analytics or project management tools (Jira, etc.).
