Marketing Project Manager

Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Marketing Project Manager to join the Artea Lizingas team, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.

You will be #closer every day and:

• You will organize and coordinate advertising, marketing and public relations campaigns.
• You will cooperate with advertising agencies, coordinate their work and control the implementation of agreed services.
• You will monitor the market, analyze its size, changes, trends and competitors’ activities.
• You will prepare draft contracts for the provision of advertising services and the production of advertising materials.
• You will collect, systematize and analyze data related to the marketing activities carried out.
• You will prepare reports for employees and managers on the advertising and marketing activities carried out.
• You will plan your activities according to the Company's goals and provide information for the preparation of current and prospective plans.
• You will cooperate with other departments of the Company, implementing marketing projects and sharing information necessary for their functions.

To be #closer, you will need:

• Higher education (preferably in marketing, communication, business management or a similar field).
• At least 2 years of work experience in the marketing field.
• Excellent organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze data, systematize information, and prepare conclusions and proposals.
• Creativity, initiative, and result orientation.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
• Good Lithuanian and English language skills.

We will consider it an advantage if:

• You have experience in the field of finance.
• You are able to work on several projects at the same time and plan your time effectively.

• Salary. The specific remuneration will depend on work experience and competencies, therefore we only indicate the possible range: from 2600.00 to 3200.00 EUR excluding taxes.
