What will you do every day?
- Planning, coordination and implementation supervision of marketing actions for real estate projects;
- Ensuring consistency of the company's brand communication and identity;
- Coordination of digital communication channels (social networks, newsletters, promotional materials);
- Cooperation with agencies and suppliers;
- Analysis of campaign results, preparation of reports and budget control.
What do we expect from you
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing;
- Understanding of marketing projects, coordination of advertising campaigns and work with agencies;
- Knowledge of brand communication principles and attention to visual consistency;
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager);
- Ability to analyze results, track KPIs and prepare clear reports;
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
- Organization, diligence, initiative and responsibility when managing several projects at the same time;
- Clear communication when communicating with the team, partners and agencies;
- Desire to grow, learn and contribute to the creation of quality projects;
- Experience in real estate, construction or related industries is an advantage.
