About the position
This position is for you if you are able to combine creativity with organization, independently manage projects and turn ideas into tangible results. We are a rapidly growing company operating in the Baltic States. Our team implements communication projects, advertising campaigns, partnerships and client activations of various scales. We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will focus on social media communication and marketing project management.
What are you going to do?
- I will plan and coordinate the company's communication on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other social networks.
- You will prepare content plans, write texts and coordinate the production of visual and video content.
- You will generate creative ideas for audience engagement, brand awareness and sales.
- You will manage marketing projects from idea and budget creation to implementation and evaluation of results.
- I will coordinate advertising campaigns, partnerships, events, activations and other communication projects.
- You will prepare tasks for partners, coordinate cooperation with content creators, opinion leaders and other partners.
- You will ensure that projects are implemented on time, with high quality and within the planned budget.
- You will monitor social media trends, audience behavior and competitor communication, analyze results and provide suggestions on how to improve them.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 1 year of experience in social media, digital marketing, communication or marketing project management.
- Excellent Lithuanian and good English skills.
- Good knowledge of social media, their audiences and content formats.
- Ability to write clear, engaging texts that are consistent with brand communication.
- Creativity, initiative and willingness to propose and independently implement ideas.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and partners simultaneously.
- Responsibility, independence and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze results and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with Meta Business Suite, TikTok, Canva, influencer campaigns, AI tools.
