🔧 Your responsibilities:
We are looking for a sociable and proactive person who wants to deepen their knowledge in practice! Your goal is to use marketing knowledge to discover and apply creative ways that would strengthen the motivation of restaurant employees and improve the guest experience. ✨
- Create and implement marketing ideas to increase restaurant sales, awareness and attractiveness.
- Contribute to the creation of unique content for social networks from restaurants - introduce dishes, teams, events and capture interesting everyday moments.
- Help plan and implement advertising campaigns in restaurants, shopping centers and urban spaces around restaurants.
- Suggest ideas for new events and contribute to their organization, curation and publicity.
- Create guest service and sales conversation scenarios, test different versions of them using A/B testing and evaluate the results.
- Monitor the results of implemented marketing initiatives and suggest what can be improved.
- Contribute to creative initiatives that strengthen the motivation of restaurant employees to achieve common sales and service goals.
🌱 What are we looking for?
- You are studying marketing, communication or another related field and want to apply your knowledge in practice.
- You are interested in social media trends, advertising and sales-promoting communication.
- You are able to create engaging texts, simple visuals and short videos.
- You are proactive, creative, easy to communicate and not afraid to offer your ideas.
- You want active practice - visiting restaurants, creating content, contributing to events and monitoring the results of your work.
