Marketing Specialist

This position is for you if you love sports, maybe even padel, are creative, can organize, independently manage projects and have endless ideas. We are Vilnius padel arena, with a large community of players, as well as an active padel academy A2. Our team participates in sports projects, organizes various tournaments, championships, festivals, carries out communication projects, sales of advertising space and partnerships. We are looking for a marketing specialist who will focus on social media and web communication, marketing project management and advertising sales.

I will plan and coordinate the company's communication on Instagram, Facebook, web, community groups.
You will prepare content plans, write texts and coordinate the production of visual and video content.
You will generate creative ideas for audience engagement, brand awareness and sales.
You will manage marketing projects from idea and budget creation to implementation and evaluation of results.
You will coordinate advertising campaigns, partnerships, events and other communication projects.
You will monitor social media trends, audience behavior and competitor communication, analyze results and provide suggestions on how to improve them.

At least 1 year of experience in social media, digital marketing, communication or marketing project management.
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and good English.
Good knowledge of social media, their audiences and content formats.
Ability to write clear, engaging texts that are consistent with brand communication.
Creativity, initiative and willingness to propose and independently implement ideas.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and partners simultaneously.
Responsibility, independence and attention to detail.
Ability to analyze results and make data-based decisions.
Experience working with Meta Business Suite, Web, Canva, influencer campaigns, AI tools.
