We are looking for an experienced, organized, proactive and results-oriented Marketing Manager who will ensure the smooth implementation of marketing projects, coordinate the marketing team and help implement and develop an overall marketing strategy. In this position, you will be responsible for the daily management of marketing processes - from campaign planning and Meta advertising administration to delegating tasks to the team and close cooperation with other departments. Your responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of marketing strategies;
- Planning, coordination and ensuring smooth implementation of marketing projects;
- Preparation of marketing campaign plans and supervision of their implementation;
- Planning, administration and monitoring of paid Meta advertising campaigns;
- Coordination of brand communication and image campaigns;
- Planning of work of the marketing team (designers, communication specialist and photo/video content creator), delegation of tasks, tracking deadlines and coordination of priorities;
- Working with external partners – advertising, media, SEO, design, photo/video and other agencies and suppliers;
- Organization of photo shoots, filming and other creative content production;
- Monitoring the results of marketing activities, analyzing data and providing insights;
- Administration of marketing information, projects and processes.

- Able to plan work, coordinate a team and manage several projects simultaneously;
