LONAS is a family business that has been creating quality sleep and comfort solutions since 1993. We have our own production, a network of salons and e-commerce in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland.
Today we are in a new stage of growth, so we are looking for an experienced marketing manager who would take responsibility for all LONAS marketing: brand, team, agencies, online and offline channels and marketing budget.
Your responsibilities:

Your responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement LONAS marketing strategy in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Poland;
- Strengthen the LONAS brand and ensure that communication in all markets complies with the LONAS style and brandbook;
- Plan and manage the marketing budget, making data-based decisions and achieving the highest possible ROI;
- Lead the marketing team, ensuring clear responsibilities, priorities and overall results;
- Manage the digital marketing direction, the work and results of agencies and other external partners;
- Ensure that marketing actions in showrooms, e-commerce and all communication channels work in one direction;
- Collaborate with commerce, e-commerce and assortment teams in planning campaigns and new product introductions;
- Evaluate marketing results and their impact on sales, new customer acquisition and brand growth.
Employee requirements
We expect you to:
- Have the necessary experience to take on this role;
- Have experience managing a significant marketing budget and being accountable for its results;
- Can demonstrate specific results achieved in sales, customer acquisition or brand growth;
- Ability to simultaneously strengthen the brand and achieve business results;
- Have a good understanding of digital marketing and be able to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing channels;
- Have experience in retail, e-commerce or end-user-oriented business;
- Have strategic and analytical thinking and make data-driven decisions;
- Have good command of English. Experience in managing multiple markets would be an advantage.
