This position will require you to take care of:
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives that meet the company's strategic goals;
- Plan and coordinate advertising campaigns;
- Strengthen the brand and company's positioning through public relations;
- Analyze advertising effectiveness, market trends, competitor activities and sales;
- Cooperate with external partners (media, advertising, licensing, legal, public relations, etc. agencies);
- Take care of trademark patenting;
- Involve in the process of creating new products;
- Coordinate the development of new product packaging designs and corrections of existing ones;
- Cooperate with sales, product development and supply teams.
What we expect from you:
- Higher education (in marketing or similar field);
- Experience in the position of brand manager (a big advantage in the FMCG sector);
- Good knowledge of English;
- Communicative skills, analytical thinking, result orientation, initiative;
- Ability to use Business Central, Power BI, Qlik programs (advantage);
- Driving license (category B).
