Nature of work
We are looking for a dedicated team member to respond 24/7 for a newly born project :)
- Prepare, coordinate and implement marketing plans and projects;
- Organize and coordinate the work of the marketing and communication group, distribute tasks, control their implementation;
- Prepare marketing action plans and implementation schedules, supervise their implementation;
- Develop communication content and organize awareness-raising projects;
- Collaborate with influencers, partners, community;
- Develop brands;
- Administer social media accounts and other platforms and actively engage in content creation.
- Actively participate in event organization processes;
- Create strategic initiatives.
Employee requirements
- Experience in marketing project management;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Experience in administering social media accounts and websites;
- Digital marketing competencies: SEO, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads; ability to analyze data and provide insights;
- Creativity and content creation skills: fluent communication, ability to generate ideas, write engaging textual content;
- Excellent independent planning, organization and management of several projects simultaneously.
