Main responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement the group's marketing strategy, prepare annual marketing plans and manage the marketing budget.
- Create and develop brand strategies, ensure their consistent positioning in the market.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior and the competitive environment, initiate market research and make data-based decisions.
- Formulate brand communication strategies and ensure their consistent implementation across all communication channels.
- Approve the strategy of trade promotions, assess their effectiveness (ROI, sales growth, margin) and provide recommendations to the commercial team.
- Lead the marketing department, develop the team and ensure effective implementation of goals.
- Initiate and develop joint project and strategic partnership initiatives.
- Effectively cooperate with sales, product development, production and other departments and external partners.
- Lead strategic marketing projects, ensuring their implementation on time and within the budget.
We hope you:
- You have at least 5 years of experience in marketing, including at least 2-3 years in a management position.
- You have accumulated experience in developing and implementing marketing and brand strategies.
- You have experience in managing marketing budgets, analyzing performance indicators and making data-driven business decisions.
- You are familiar with the principles of brand development, consumer research, communication and marketing campaign planning.
- You are able to manage complex projects, build a team and mobilize different stakeholders for a common result.
- You have strong analytical, strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- You are fluent in English.
