YOUR ROLE

In this position, you will be responsible for the implementation of various Hanner marketing projects - from the idea of an advertising message, visual or campaign to its launch, coordination, monitoring of results and improvement.
We are looking for someone who is able not only to think creatively, but also to act quickly: write texts, create or coordinate visuals, administer digital channels, manage external partners, track campaign results and ensure that marketing actions are carried out with quality, on time and focused on real results.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

· Create promotional messages, texts, visuals and content for social networks, web, newsletters, presentations, print layouts and other marketing tools;
· Plan, launch, administer and monitor advertising campaigns in selected channels;
· Monitor campaign results, analyze data and adjust actions to improve their effectiveness within the budget;
· Administer Hanner project websites and social networks, ensuring relevant, high-quality and timely content: upload texts, photos, galleries, news, correct and update information, monitor communication and respond to comments or requests;
· Prepare and send newsletters to external clients and colleagues within the company;
· Coordinate work with external partners and ensure the quality and deadlines of their work;
· Organize marketing campaigns, events and project presentations;
· Prepare presentations, booklets, promotional and information materials;
· Manage marketing budget, reconcile invoices, contracts and ensure orderly administrative flow;
· Systematize marketing work, set priorities, track deadlines and ensure smooth implementation of tasks;
· Analyze campaign, customer flow and conversion data, make data-based decisions and adjust marketing actions to improve their effectiveness.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

Experience and professional skills
· At least 2 years of work experience in the field of marketing/marketing;
· Experience in creating advertising texts, messages, social media content and visual communication directions;
· Practical understanding of digital advertising channels: Meta Ads, Google Ads, social networks, web, newsletters;
· Ability to analyze advertising results, understand key campaign indicators and make data-based decisions to improve marketing effectiveness;
· Ability to work with visual creation tools: Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or other design programs and good Microsoft Office skills;
· Understanding of the real estate market, project marketing or sales process is a great advantage.

Operational competencies
· Ability to simultaneously manage several different marketing tasks and maintain clear priorities;
· Speed, efficiency and ability to complete tasks in the shortest possible time without losing quality;
· Creativity, sense of style and ability to see what works;
· Attention to detail – in texts, visuals, web information, layouts and campaign settings;
· Ability to work independently, in an organized manner and take responsibility;
· Practical approach to marketing – not only a beautiful idea is important, but also its implementation, result and effective use of the budget;
· Curiosity, willingness to learn, be interested in marketing trends and look for more effective solutions;
· Positive cooperation with internal teams and external partners.
