What will the Marketing Manager do?
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will become a brand ambassador for Robotics Academy – not only within the team, but also in the wider community. This is a position for someone who believes that marketing is not just advertising on a screen, but a place where the vision of Robotics Academy meets customers, and the mission becomes a common goal for the entire organization and partners.
Your responsibilities:
- Brand Management – you will ensure that the name and tone of Robotics Academy is consistent, recognizable and strong both externally and internally.
- Communication Channel Management/Search – you will manage not only the strategy of existing digital channels (website, social networks, newsletters) and traditional media, but also explore new opportunities.
- Marketing Budget Management – you will plan and manage the return on advertising investments.
- Team Management – you will lead a team of two people (graphic designer and marketing specialist) who are important for direction, motivation and personal example.
- Product Knowledge – you will have a deep understanding of Robotics Academy products (clubs, camps, educations), work closely with the Product Team to ensure that communication reflects the real value of the product.
- Strategy and results – you will plan advertising campaigns, track metrics across all channels, and present them to the team, making data-driven decisions.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in leading a marketing team and campaigns from strategy to results.
- Understanding that marketing is more than advertising and a willingness to share this understanding with the team.
- Hands-on approach, willingness to understand the details.
- Analytical thinking - budget and indicator management are not new to you.
