We are looking for a Marketing Manager whose strength is digital marketing.
In this position, you will contribute to the formation of the overall marketing strategy, and your main responsibility will be to ensure that digital marketing initiatives create the greatest value for the business.
You will work together with the marketing team to plan campaigns, budgets and growth initiatives, coordinate external partners and look for new ways to grow results.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager whose strength is digital marketing.

Primary responsibilities
Marketing Strategy and Budget Management
✓Formulate and implement a digital marketing strategy.
✓Manage the digital marketing budget and plan the overall marketing budget and priorities together with the marketing team.
✓Identify, monitor and analyze key KPIs (CAC, ROAS, conversions, etc.).
✓Create a complete customer acquisition cost (CAC) model and ensure its accuracy.
Digital Marketing Channel Management
✓Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO strategies and their results.
✓Coordinate the work of external agencies and specialists, ensuring effective strategy implementation.
✓Initiate and evaluate experiments (audiences, creative, offers), analyze results and make decisions based on data.
✓Improve website conversions by initiating A/B tests and optimizing the user journey.
✓Oversee website content and its optimization in collaboration with the team.
✓Improve marketing data collection, analysis and experimentation processes.
Collaboration
✓Work closely with the entire marketing team to plan campaigns, budgets, and growth initiatives.
✓Coordinate the work of agencies, freelancers, and other partners to ensure quality implementation.
✓Find new partners and suppliers to help achieve better marketing results.
✓Share insights, propose new ideas, and help the team make data-driven decisions.

The future COREPETITUS marketing manager must have:
✓At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
✓Practical experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads and marketing analytics.
✓Good knowledge of conversion tracking and A/B testing.
✓Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on it.
✓Experience working with external agencies or specialists.
✓Ability to create reports.
Advantage
✓SEO knowledge.
✓EdTech or subscription business experience.
✓Experience in applying AI tools in marketing.
✓Practical experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads and marketing analytics.
✓Good knowledge of conversion tracking and A/B testing.
