We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for marketing and sales growth for the company.

2. Marketing campaigns and sales actions
3. Product launches and projects
4. Brand and content direction coordination
5. Leading a small team
- B2C and B2B sales growth in Lithuania and foreign markets, implementation of commercial goals and marketing efficiency.
- Initiation and implementation of the development of new markets and sales channels.
- Analysis of sales, margin, ROAS, CPA and profitability.
- Planning clear actions to increase turnover and profit.
2. Marketing campaigns and sales actions
- Creation and implementation of campaigns, promotions and communication plans.
- Administration of Meta and Google Ads advertisements.
3. Product launches and projects
- Product selection and launch planning from A to Z.
- Preparation of content, advertising, emails, design and B2B offers.
- Coordination of various marketing, branding and sales projects.
- Analysis of launch and project results.
4. Brand and content direction coordination
- Setting communication priorities based on sales goals.
- Coordinating content, photoshoots and video directions with the team.
- Ensuring that content contributes to sales and premium image.
5. Leading a small team
- Formulating tasks in marketing, design, video, IT and other areas.
- Monitoring priorities, deadlines and results.
- Coordinating the smooth implementation of work and projects.
Employee requirements
- 4+ years of experience in commerce, marketing, sales or e-commerce.
- Experience in directly growing sales / revenue. Ability to take responsibility not only for actions, but also for the sales result.
- Practical experience in Meta Ads management and the ability to independently administer and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to manage B2C, B2B, marketing and product launch projects.
- Experience working with a team and external specialists.
- Hands-on approach – not only strategy, but also implementation.
- Good sense of aesthetics – understanding of premium brand communication.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Advantage: experience in beauty / cosmetics, B2B, international markets or working with a growing e-commerce brand.
