Nature of work
- create a brand and marketing strategy from scratch
- clarify what makes INCOGNITUS different
- create launches and campaigns that make you want to own
- turn the product and its experience into a strong brand story
- create content and social media from idea to realization
- develop collaborations between PR, influencers, creators and designers
- test new channels, formats and ideas. What works – we scale. What doesn’t work – we release.
- manage the marketing budget and results
This role would be suitable for someone who:
- doesn't like instructions and creates a new, bold corner for himself
- sees an opportunity where others see "another sofa"
- has taste and an opinion about it
- is not afraid of a blank page, ambiguity and the word "let's try"
- is curious: tests, tinkers, asks, changes
- knows how to say "it doesn't work" and doesn't get attached to his ideas
- has an entrepreneurial streak - notices an opportunity and goes to take it

INCOGNITUS is an early-stage premium/luxury modular furniture brand, created in Lithuania and focused on Europe, primarily Germany, from the very beginning.
We don't just create furniture. We redesign its entire experience - from design and discovery to ordering, delivery and even... the cardboard box.
We are now just before the launch and we are looking for someone who would like to be not an observer, but one of the people creating the brand from scratch.
