Nature of work:
- Formulate and implement product sales promotion marketing strategy and positioning;
- Plan and coordinate digital marketing, social media and communication campaigns;
- Manage brand communication, content creation and public relations;
- Organize the introduction of new products to the market and their communication campaigns;
- Coordinate partnerships, projects with external partners;
- Formulate tasks for external service providers;
- Analyze market, competitor and campaign results, provide insights and recommendations;
- Manage marketing budget, project deadlines and quality;
- Collaborate with sales and other internal teams.
Employee requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communication or digital marketing, developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns;
- Good project management, communication and organizational skills;
- Experience in managing social networks and digital advertising channels;
- Ability to analyze and make decisions, assessing project budgets and their profitability;
- Ability to independently plan, manage several projects simultaneously and make decisions;
- Creativity, perseverance and initiative.
