Marketing Manager

We are currently actively expanding and are looking for someone who can translate this growth into a consistent marketing strategy and real results. We are not looking for an executor for another advertisement, but a leader who will grow with us, create direction and implement it himself.

You will be responsible for all of PUDBUQ's marketing, from long-term strategy to implementation. You will work directly with the company's management, with real autonomy and budget for decisions.

Strategy and Development

You will develop and implement the company's long-term marketing strategy
You will plan and implement campaigns for key development projects
You will think of new advertising ideas and test new channels

Content and Channels

You will organize and implement photo shoots
You will coordinate the creation of video content
You will prepare and publish articles
You will curate social networks and advertising campaigns
You will create newsletters and subscriber program communication

Product line

You will contribute to the launch of product lines to the market from positioning to shelf
You will coordinate the design and production of labels, packaging and other elements

Partners and community

You will create a strategy to attract designers, architects and real estate developers
You will initiate and coordinate influencer campaigns
You will coordinate work with creative agencies or content creators and ensure a unified brand line
You will participate in events and you will represent PUDBUQ

Analytics and results

You will analyze advertising campaign data, make data-driven decisions
You will manage the marketing budget and prepare reports

You have at least 3 years of marketing experience, part of which includes strategy development, not just execution
You have experience coordinating agencies, freelancers or influencers
You have organized photo shoots, filming or events
You have a sense of text and aesthetics, you will be able to maintain the tone and visual line of PUDBUQ across all channels
You plan and implement advertising campaigns on the Meta Ads channel yourself, create newsletters, and you know Google Ads and SEO enough to be able to evaluate the work and results of partners
You think in numbers and evaluate work based on data, not on impression
You speak Lithuanian and English fluently, other languages would be an advantage
Experience in e-commerce, furniture or interior design would be an advantage
