Job description
We are looking for an experienced marketing professional who is creative, proactive and able to not only develop strategies, but also implement them in practice. By joining our team, you will have the opportunity to shape internal and external communication, create content, organize events and actively contribute to the successful introduction of new services to the market together with international partners.
Your main tasks will be:
- Development and practical implementation of the company's marketing and communication strategy;
- Planning and implementation of internal and external communication;
- Cooperation with business units in developing new services and ensuring their successful introduction to the market;
- Coordination of marketing projects from idea to result;
- Planning and effective management of the marketing budget;
- Content creation: preparation of texts, presentations, representative materials;
- Organization of business events, client presentations, participation in exhibitions;
- Cooperation with international technological partners in planning and implementing marketing activities.
Employee requirements
- Higher education;
- At least 5 years of experience in the field of marketing;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (verbal and written);
- Experience in organizing events;
- Ability to work in a team and involve the team in joint projects;
- Strong writing skills;
- Knowledge of information technologies and work experience in an international company will be considered an advantage;
- Experience in planning and implementing digital marketing activities.
