- Assisting the Marketing Manager in implementing daily marketing activities and projects;
- Planning, preparing and administering social media content;
- Assisting in organizing advertising campaigns, photo shoots, events and other marketing initiatives;
- Communicating with brands, partners, influencers and other suppliers;
- Preparing and coordinating marketing materials;
- Gathering information, monitoring the market and competitors;
- Assisting in implementing new brand launches and other marketing team tasks.
Employee requirements
- Interest in marketing, social media, beauty and lifestyle trends;
- Excellent Lithuanian and good English skills;
- Creativity, initiative and a sense of aesthetics;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to independently plan work and meet deadlines;
- Attention to detail and a responsible approach to work;
- Ability to work in a team and respond quickly to changing tasks;
- Experience working with social media and basic content creation tools is an advantage.
