Marketing Manager

We are a small, ambitious team, to which we invite marketing enthusiasts to join. We do not have a "this is not my job" culture – we share work, ideas too.

You will administer the e-store (products, descriptions, order, updates).
You will work with the newsletter platform (content creation, sending, segmentation).
You will maintain social media communication according to the plan.
You will prepare visuals with Canva and other AI platforms.
You will monitor results, systematize data, help you understand what works and what is meh.
You will contribute to marketing project management.
You will administer representative campaigns and projects.
In short, you will not be a "hands-on", but a real part of the team.

You have more than minimal experience in marketing (internship, work, freelancing - suitable).
You are responsible, meticulous, but at the same time creative.
You know how to plan, systematize and summarize information.
You write in Lithuanian without errors (seriously).
You have good knowledge of English.
You understand how social networks work (not only as a user).
You are able to convey information clearly and quickly.
You have a sense of aesthetics.

You have administered an e-store.
You have worked with newsletter systems (especially Omnisend).
You like to test new AI tools and are not afraid of technology.
