Nature of work
- Preparation and implementation of the company's marketing plan;
- Creation and administration of social networks, newsletters, brochures and product descriptions;
- Development and maintenance of LinkedIn and website communication;
- Preparation of marketing materials and communication messages for the sales team;
- Planning and implementation of digital advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Meta);
- Organization and coordination of photo shoots and video filming;
- Analysis of marketing activity results and optimization of actions;
- Development of brand strategy and visual identity;
- Strengthening the employer's image and fostering internal culture;
- Organization of company events, team celebrations and internal initiatives;
- Management of company's representative means (work clothes, business gifts, attributes) and coordination of orders.
Requirements
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing;
- Practical experience working with LinkedIn, Meta and/or Google Ads;
- Ability to work with Canva or similar design tools and be able to prepare tasks for a designer;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian;
- Excellent knowledge of English at least B2 level;
- Experience in technical products, construction, building materials, interior design or manufacturing sectors - an advantage;
- B2B marketing experience (NT developers, construction companies, etc.) - an advantage;
- Basic photography or video content creation skills - an advantage.
