Your main responsibilities
You will focus on Meta Ads advertising;
You will plan and manage communication on Lytagra social networks and newsletters;
You will prepare monthly content plans and oversee their implementation;
You will create content ideas, texts, Reels, Stories and other formats;
You will search for influencers, initiate collaborations;
You will follow trends and quickly apply relevant formats in our communication;
You will collaborate with other team members;
You will monitor content results and improve communication based on them.

Practical experience working with Meta Ads;
Experience in implementing email marketing campaigns;
Experience working with influencers;
Ability to film and create natural content adapted for social networks;
Creativity and good visual sense;
Ability to write clear, natural texts;
Independence and ability to plan your own work;
Willingness to follow trends, test new formats and find what works best;
Opportunity to work in the company's office in Kaunas, Ateities pl. 50 (no remote work options).
