We are looking for a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to join our team and help create and develop marketing projects. If you are a strategic thinker, able to analyze market needs, plan product development processes and collaborate with various teams, then this position is for you!
Responsibilities:
Effective management of product groups from creation to market launch (working with R&D, making proposals, approving).
Coordination of product development processes with production, quality, sales departments.
Market analysis, monitoring of competitor activities, pricing formation.
Introduction of new products to the market and formation of support strategies.
Development of brand value ideas and coordination of packaging/design processes.
Organization of marketing campaigns/projects and analysis of results.
Cooperation with customers, partners and colleagues.

Requirements:
Higher education (preferably in business management, marketing, economics or similar fields).
At least 2 years of work experience in product management, project management or similar field.
Strategic and analytical thinking.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Result-oriented and decision-making ability.
Good knowledge of English (other languages are an advantage).
