Nature of work
- Development and support of marketing strategy;
- Brand management, maintenance and positioning in Lithuania and abroad;
- Administration of social networks and development of communication (“Izoton” and “Izoton Sport”);
- Formation of sales-promoting content and employer image;
- Creation of visual and textual content (video, photography, advertising layouts);
- Creation and adaptation of advertising and representational materials for the press and digital channels;
- Website administration;
- Active cooperation with company departments and coordination of internal communication;
- Organization and coordination of internal/external events and exhibitions;
- Generation of new ideas.
Employee requirements
- Work experience in the field of marketing and advertising (at least 3 years);
- Ability to work independently and purposefully;
- Time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills and knowledge of clerical rules;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written, other languages would be a great advantage;
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles, the functioning of social networks and advertising channels and their application (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Instagram, Canva).
