Nature of work
- Supervision of the new service development process: coordination with responsible managers, coordination of service creation in the system and assignment to clinics, and updating information for partners and other company teams.
- Coordination and implementation of external visibility measures: clinic signs, navigation, and implementation of the clinic equipment standard, in cooperation with partners.
- Organization and implementation of physical visibility measures in clinics: standard printing (booklets, gift vouchers, business cards, etc.), navigation, posters, interior elements, and stands.
- Preparation and placement of standard visual material for clinic TV screens.
- Planning, organization, and coordination of photo shoots.
- Coordination of the implementation of the new clinic employee clothing standard.
- Website administration and content update.
- Organization of the preparation of attributes, business gifts, exhibitions, and other representational measures.
- Creating discount codes and coupons, assisting clinics in resolving service visibility, attribution, and pricing issues, in collaboration with responsible teams.
What do we expect from you:
- You have marketing experience (from 2 years) and are looking to improve;
- You have a higher education in marketing, communication or a similar field;
- You are able to plan work, meet deadlines and coordinate different tasks;
- You communicate easily, are able to work independently and in a team;
- You write correctly in Lithuanian and have good command of English;
- You are meticulous, responsible and attentive to details;
We will consider the following as an advantage:
- Experience in administering information, website content, preparing SEO texts or coordinating tasks;
- Knowledge of the healthcare sector.
- We will consider the ability to use digital and AI tools to create content, search for information and perform daily marketing tasks as an advantage.
