Your daily activities at work would be:
Company brand management, creation, planning and implementation of advertising campaigns for the Lithuanian and European markets;
Creation of content that promotes sales in the public space;
Administration of social networks and platforms, content creation and analysis of results (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube);
Market and competitor analysis;
Creation and implementation of product packaging;
Preparation of stands and materials for exhibitions in Lithuania and abroad;
Maintaining a consistent image style;
Close cooperation with the sales and export department;
Formation of tasks for external service providers;
Confirmation of the budget allocated to projects and its adherence;
Constant monitoring of marketing innovations and their use in one's work.

What do we expect from you:
Education in advertising, marketing or similar field;
Successful experience in similar work and new ideas;
Experience in implementing advertising projects with external service providers;
Experience in working with social networks and digital marketing;
Knowledge in creating packaging design;
Experience in preparing materials and stands for exhibitions is an advantage;
Calculation of budgets for projects and analysis of payback;
Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
Good working skills in MS Office, Canva or other layout tools;
Critical thinking, creativity, clear communication and consistency in work.
Successful experience in similar work and new ideas;
Experience in implementing advertising projects with external service providers;
Experience in working with social networks and digital marketing;
Knowledge in creating packaging design;
Experience in preparing materials and stands for exhibitions is an advantage;
