A well-known marketplace platform in the foreign market, which has achieved significant growth and has a large number of users due to growing demand and ambitious goals, is currently inviting a Marketing Manager to join the team in Vilnius. The company is a leader in its field and constantly seeks to develop new opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will contribute to improving SEO results: you will analyze SEO indicators, provide insights. Working with an external agency, you will perform work within the company and regularly monitor SEO progress, ensuring that goals are achieved efficiently and on time.
- You will be involved in other marketing processes: various changes and projects are taking place in the company, so you will be able to expand your responsibilities.
- You will manage affiliate marketing: you will work with partners in foreign markets. Your responsibilities will include managing existing partners, analyzing the quality of their activities, monitoring prices and the overall process.
- You will contribute to partner onboarding: if necessary, you will organize the onboarding of new partners, coordinate the process and ensure its smooth implementation. You will have the opportunity to participate in conferences, thanks to which you will expand your partner network.
- You will analyze data: at the beginning, you will work with existing partners, learn and analyze data and numbers to achieve the best possible results.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1-2 years of marketing experience (digital marketing experience is an advantage).
- Ability to analyze numbers and make data-based decisions.
- Ability to communicate effectively with partners.
- English language skills are essential (Polish is an advantage).
