✓Plan and execute social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) advertising campaigns – from strategy to analysis.
✓Create and coordinate digital content: texts, visuals, videos, blogs – together with the team and external partners.
✓Manage paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and constantly optimize their effectiveness according to indicators (ROAS, CTR, CPL, etc.).
✓Collaborate with product and sales teams to form a communication strategy for new product launches.
✓Analyze market trends, competitor activities, consumer behavior and provide insights and suggestions.
✓Coordinate relations with influencers, media, agencies.
✓Track and evaluate campaign results, prepare reports for management.

Wishes for candidates
✓At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in FMCG, food, health or similar industries.
✓Excellent practical social media advertising skills: ability to independently create and manage Meta Ads / Google Ads campaigns.
✓Creative thinking combined with analytical orientation to results.
✓Ability to write persuasively and clearly in Lithuanian; English - at a working level.
✓Independence, initiative and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
