Marketing Manager

WHIEDA is an international company developing its activities in European and other global markets. As our team and communication channels grow, we are looking for a creative, proactive and well-versed Marketing and Communication Manager with a good understanding of modern digital marketing trends.

We are looking for someone for whom social networks are not just a place to publish posts. We need someone who understands what is working on social networks today, what is becoming a trend in Europe and how to turn an idea into a strong video, photo or communication campaign.

If you constantly follow the trends of Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms, know how to film, photograph, edit, create visuals and actively use AI tools - we invite you to join the WHIEDA team.

What will you do?

🚀 You will administer and develop WHIEDA social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other relevant platforms.

🚀 You will develop and implement social media communication and content plans for the European market.

🚀 You will create content from idea to final result:

I will film and photograph;
I will create "Reels", "Stories", "TikTok" and other short video format content;
I will edit videos;
I will create visuals;
I will write texts for social networks;
I will adapt content for different platforms and audiences.

🚀 You will monitor the most popular video formats, communication directions and social media trends in Europe and apply them to WHIEDA communication.

🚀 You will actively use AI tools for content creation, idea generation, visuals, video and daily marketing processes.

🚀 You will create content about products, events, company news, partner achievements and WHIEDA activities in Europe.

🚀 You will contribute to the communication of advertising campaigns, presentations, events and other marketing projects.

🚀 You will cooperate with partners and team members from European countries, select relevant material for communication.

🚀 Analyze social media results and suggest ways to increase audience engagement, reach, and brand awareness.

🚀 Test new content formats, platforms, and communication solutions.

We hope that you:

✔️ Have experience in marketing, communication, social media administration or content creation.

✔️ You have a good understanding of how Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other major social media platforms work.

✔️ You are able not only to administer social networks, but also to independently create content from start to finish.

✔️ You know how to film, photograph and edit short videos.

✔️ You have a good visual sense and understand how content should look in the modern digital space.

✔️ You are able to work with Canva, CapCut, Adobe or other content creation tools.

✔️ You are interested in and actively use artificial intelligence tools, follow the latest AI trends and are able to apply them in practical work.

✔️ You constantly monitor European and global social media trends, viral video formats and new communication directions.

✔️ You are able to independently plan your work, meet deadlines and take responsibility for the result.

✔️ You are creative, proactive, quickly respond to new trends and are not afraid to offer your own ideas.

Languages

It is important for us that the candidate has good knowledge of:

✔️ Lithuanian;
✔️ Russian;
✔️ English.

⭐ Knowledge of other European languages would be a great advantage.

Great advantage:

⭐ Social media administration or marketing experience in an MLM / Network Marketing company.

⭐ Understanding how to communicate with an international partner community and audiences in different European countries.

⭐ Experience in creating Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other short video content.

⭐ Good photography and video creation skills.

⭐ Experience working with influencers, opinion leaders or brand ambassadors.

⭐ Basics of Meta Ads, Google Ads or other digital advertising platforms.

⭐ Experience working with an international brand.

⭐ Portfolio of created works, social media accounts or videos.

What is most important to us?

We are not looking for someone who would just upload a prepared photo or post to social media.

We are looking for a content creator and marketing person in one who would be able to see an idea, develop it, film it, take photos, edit it, write text and present it in a way that makes the content modern, relevant and interesting for a European audience.

It is important that a person is constantly interested in what is currently popular on social media, follows the latest video formats, AI capabilities and is able to quickly adapt new trends in WHIEDA communication.
