About The Role:
Ovoko/RRR.LT is looking for a Marketplace Operations Specialist in Vilnius. We sell car parts to customers across Europe and beyond through international online marketplaces. In this role you will work with our eBay sales channel and take care of orders after the sale: customer questions, delivery issues, returns and disputes.
We are looking for someone with experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations, such as Amazon, Allegro, Etsy, an online store or similar. eBay experience is a big plus, but you can also learn it from scratch with us.

In This Role, You Will:
- Manage orders, customer communication and issue resolution on eBay.
- Handle returns, claims and disputes and keep our seller ratings healthy.
- Answer questions about product fitment, shipping and order tracking, working with our sellers and logistics partners.
- Track seller performance metrics, notice recurring issues and suggest improvements.
- Follow competitors, market trends and eBay best practices to improve pricing, listings and service.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year of experience in e-commerce or marketplace operations, e.g. order management, returns, customer care or seller account management on Amazon, Allegro, eBay, Etsy, Vinted, Shopify or similar.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Experience keeping customer satisfaction high.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to resolve complex cases on your own, from start to finish.
- Ability to work in a team and share knowledge.
Nice To Have
- Hands-on experience with eBay Seller Hub, returns and disputes (a big plus).
- Basic knowledge of car construction and common car parts.

Salary
The offered salary range for this position is €1800 - €2643 (gross) per month. You will also be eligible for a quarterly team performance bonus.
