Primary responsibilities
- Data project management, including planning, execution and monitoring;
- Monitoring data quality indicators and regular data audits, including data profiling and augmentation;
- Managing data quality issues and coordinating remediation actions;
- Assisting in defining the roles and responsibilities of data owners, data stewards, and overseeing data management activities and implementing data governance;
- Collaborating with business units, IT and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for data governance initiatives and strategies;
- Continuously assessing and improving core data governance processes;
- Providing training and support to colleagues and employees of the organization on core data governance best practices, tools and processes.

Employee requirements
- Higher university degree in information systems, business administration, data management or related field and 2-3 years of experience in data management, data quality or related field;
- Practical experience participating in an ERP change, transformation or data migration project;
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, experience working with data management tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), D365 Finance and Operation);
- Knowledge of data governance principles, methodologies and best practices;
- Knowledge of data quality management methods to improve the quality of master data;
- Knowledge of data architecture principles and their application in supporting data governance initiatives;
- Ability to independently plan work, initiate process changes, resolve conflict situations and effectively conduct cross-functional meetings.
