You need:
- Good knowledge of mathematics. We will not ask you to solve 23 Hilbert problems, but if your competence ends at the 8th grade level, forget this offer. We will not ask you to show a diploma or boast of work experience, but we will check your knowledge during the first interview.
- Good knowledge of the Lithuanian language. You do not have to be a laureate of the national dictation, but spelling and punctuation without errors should be as easy as two times two for you.
- Computer literacy skills. We have a server maintenance specialist, but you must understand more than that, that "computer literacy" is not a process during which you will have to pick up a pen and write something on a computer.
- Diligence and responsibility. We are patient and answer every question, and sometimes even forgive mistakes. We do not apply physical punishment, but it should be self-evident to you that by negligently completing the assigned tasks, at the end of the month you will deceive not a poor student, not a stupid employer, and not even thieves or bandits in power, but only yourself.
- Constancy. We are not looking for friendship until the end of the day, but we are not interested in non-binding relationships lasting a month.
- Representative appearance. If you are not afraid of personal hygiene products like the devil, we are on our way. We will not put you on the scales and we will not order you to walk the podium, but do not forget that you will be responsible for teaching students, not intimidating them.
- Impeccable reputation. We evaluate candidates' knowledge, not their "experience" in courts, therefore we do not allow former "clients" of law enforcement institutions to visit children. - And most importantly - respect for the student. We will immediately say goodbye to even the best specialist if his training strategy includes disrespectful communication or personal biases towards even the most talented student.

Mathematikos Mokykla is probably the only company in Lithuania that concludes employment contracts with tutors, not service contracts, so you will receive annual paid vacation, sick pay and other privileges provided for by the Labor Code. The School of Mathematics guarantees a constant salary by employment contract, so you will receive a full salary every month, even if you are not at work at that time, but at home!
- Incentive bonuses. At the end of each school year, we give employees incentive bonuses of 1000 to 2000 EUR; can you imagine an even better start to paid vacation?
- Convenient working hours. Don't waste time in morning and evening traffic jams; it's better to get some sleep and start work at noon. Here, too, there is no need to prepare for lessons at home or correct students' assignments; Your work ends immediately after leaving the office.
- Flexible work schedule. Work as much as you want and when you want; we will create a work schedule taking into account your personal needs. The minimum workload is 0.5 full-time (20 hours per week).
