Genys Brewing, which has ignited the craft beverage revolution in the country, together with the historic Kauno alus brewery, is inviting a Retail Development Manager. The selected candidate will be entrusted with creating and expanding our retail network: from finding suitable premises to an orderly and profitable trading location. They will also be tasked with overseeing and developing the retail and HoReCa franchise network so that the drinks we create reach even more like-minded people who appreciate them.
Main responsibilities
Genys Brewing, which has ignited the craft beverage revolution in the country, together with the historic Kauno alus brewery, is inviting a Retail Development Manager. The selected candidate will be entrusted with creating and expanding our retail network: from finding suitable premises to an orderly and profitable trading location. They will also be tasked with overseeing and developing the retail and HoReCa franchise network so that the drinks we create reach even more like-minded people who appreciate them.
Main responsibilities
- Searching for and developing new retail outlets: from finding suitable premises to opening the doors to guests
- Careful coordination of the installation and preparation of retail outlets for work
- Planning employee needs, searching for, selecting and training suitable people, managing their work and properly supervising it
- Ensuring the daily order and smooth operation of retail outlets
- Participating in creating the assortment, carefully listening to customer needs and evaluating sales results
- Analyzing the results of retail outlets and initiating measures to ensure profitable operations
- Searching for new franchise points and maintaining existing retail and HoReCa franchise points
- Coordinating the activities of franchise partners and ensuring that agreed standards and contract terms are met
- Considering opportunities for expanding the retail network and implementing new ideas
What do we expect?
- At least 2 years of experience in retail or HoReCa. Preferably in a managerial or coordinating position
- Experience in managing retail outlets, employee teams or operational processes
- Independence, responsibility and a sincere desire for good results
- Ability to organize work, the ability to simultaneously take care of several processes and not get lost in unexpected situations
- Excellent communication, organizational and negotiation skills
- Ability to evaluate results and make decisions that ensure operational efficiency and profitability
- Initiative and a practical, solution-seeking approach
- Good knowledge of English
- Good computer skills
- Category B driver's license
