Description:
We are looking for a proactive, analytical team member who will help increase operational efficiency, improve processes and implement best practices throughout the store network.
You will be responsible for:

- Coordination of LEAN projects, development, implementation and maintenance of standards.
- Analysis of store processes, increasing efficiency and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
- Organization of LEAN sessions and control of the implementation of the action plan.
- Preparation and updating of operational standards, procedures and instructions.
- Analysis, improvement and control of store operations, inventories and quality indicators.
- Periodic quality control of the store environment according to the established inspection procedure and criteria.
- Initiation of new IT solutions, preparation of requirements, testing and implementation supervision.
- Cooperation with different departments in implementing changes and projects.
We hope that:
- Experience in process management, project coordination.
- Knowledge of LEAN, continuous improvement or process management principles.
- Ability to analyze data and make fact-based decisions.
- Initiative, organized and result-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to solve problems quickly.
- Like to find more efficient ways of working and implement changes.
- Have a driver's license (category B).
