Nature of work
- Ensuring the implementation of the retail strategy, managing 15 - 20 stores, about 35 - 50 employees
- Analysis of retail trade processes, ensuring efficient operations, finding and implementing new solutions
- Retail budget planning and management
- Market analysis of assortment, pricing, services provided, initiation and implementation of changes, initiating teamwork with managed departments
- Improving the customer satisfaction index
- Monitoring of long-term and short-term goals, performance evaluation indicators (KPI) set for subordinate employees, their motivation and implementation control in order to increase sales and make operations more efficient
- Preparation and approval of work schedules of subordinate employees
Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Experience of supervised work (in retail - an advantage)
- Strategic thinking and the ability to take responsibility not only for personal results, but also for the results of the entire team
- Ability to see essential critical points and make suggestions for their solution
- Ability to listen, argue and work in a team
- Ability to be mobile and flexible with working hours
- Category B driver's license
