You will be responsible for
DOMUS LUMINA is looking for a Retail Manager. If you are interested in interior solutions, like to communicate with people and are result-oriented - we invite you to apply!
- Smooth organization, supervision and control of the work of retail stores;
- Team formation, motivation, development and feedback;
- Development and implementation of sales management processes;
- Implementation of set goals and achievement of results;
- Continuous analysis of KPI results and their improvement;
- Analysis of the sales basket and introduction of new products;
- Organization of product training for employees and assessment of their qualifications;
- Analysis of the market situation and competitors, planning, implementation and analysis of sales promotion actions.
We hope you
- You have a higher education;
- You communicate well in English, both orally and in writing (for communication with your direct manager);
- You have more than 2 years of work experience in managing remote retail departments (furniture, interior, design areas - an advantage);
- You are well versed in retail activities and processes;
- You are able to organize the work of a team of employees, promptly resolve problems and conflicts;
- You have good planning, negotiation skills and are able to make decisions;
- You are proactive, responsible, achieve goals and complete tasks on time;
- You have good computer skills (MS Office);
- You have a category B driver's license.
