MTTC is an authorized smart device service partner, working directly with Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei and other manufacturers. The company provides full service for mobile devices - from troubleshooting to complete renewal. MTTC is currently looking for a Retail Manager who would take responsibility for the showroom team, coordination of activities and sales growth.

The company provides full service for mobile devices - from troubleshooting to complete renewal. MTTC is currently looking for a Retail Manager who would take responsibility for the showroom team, coordination of activities and sales growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Team management – you will lead a team of 11 salons (technicians and customer service specialists), take care of work schedules, motivation and review of DU supplements.
- Coordination of salon activities – you will supervise the daily activities of 4 salons (Vilnius, Kaunas, Šiauliai and Klaipėda), visit them regularly and promptly resolve emerging issues.
- Customer experience and service quality – you will monitor the NPS indicator, initiate measures to improve it and coordinate audits of manufacturers (Apple, Samsung, etc.) in salons.
- Sales growth – you will analyze results and customer flows, actively look for ways to grow salon sales.
- Contribute to marketing decisions – you will assess whether marketing measures are really paying off, and together with marketing agencies you will formulate tasks and coordinate the budget.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Work experience in retail.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Analytical thinking - the ability to evaluate results, customer flows and see growth
- Interest in marketing - an advantage.
- Category B driver's license.
