- Store visits, situation assessment and prompt problem solving.
- Development of sales promotion and customer service improvement initiatives.
- KPI monitoring, analysis and implementation of action plans based on results.
- Development and improvement of onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Development of work standards, processes and training and supervision of their implementation.
- Development of employer image and employee attraction initiatives.
We hope you
- At least 1 year of experience in managing and developing teams, preferably in retail/sales.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Proactive and able to solve problems quickly, without waiting for them to escalate.
- Ability to work with KPIs, numbers and see the overall business result.
- Category B driver's license.
