Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement KIKA LT/EE retail marketing strategy, aligned with sales and EBIT targets in the region.
- Form and strengthen KIKA brand positioning in LT/EE markets, ensure consistent communication across all channels.
- Plan, execute and evaluate the effectiveness of seasonal/promotional campaigns (ROI, traffic, conversion in stores).
- Prepare annual marketing budget, control its implementation and optimize costs.
- Coordinate POS materials, display cases, seasonal design in LT 80 + EE 50 store network, coordinate product display planograms, synchronize marketing activities with store opening/closing/reconstruction schedules.
- Contribute to the implementation and improvement of store concepts, ensure consistency of visual standards across the entire network.
- Coordinate customer loyalty program in LT/EE, take responsibility for loyalty program growth, increasing activity and influencing sales.
- Collaborate with e-commerce, category management, regional management and real estate teams, creative agencies, suppliers on joint campaigns.
- Track marketing KPIs using analytical tools (e.g. Power BI), present findings and corrections to management.
- Lead the retail marketing team, set goals, evaluate results, inspire and motivate.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in retail/FMCG marketing, including 2+ in leadership positions.
- Experience in managing multi-store/multi-country marketing (LT/EE an advantage).
- Strong analytical skills, result-oriented and ROI-oriented.
- English (B2+).
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools (MS Project, JIRA or similar).
- Practical skills in working with artificial intelligence tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.).
