MEATBUSTERS Network Manager

Organize, control and ensure the smooth operation of the network;
Ensure compliance with service and food production quality standards;
Ensure control of the food produced and, if necessary, participate in production;
Create new technological cards, adjust them and implement them in production;
Order goods;
Ensure the highest service and production quality standards characteristic of the Meatbusters brand;
Manage the accounting of material assets established in accordance with the competence, conduct inventory, fill out journals and other documentation;
Train, develop and motivate the team to achieve the best results;
Preparation of employment and employment contracts;
Organize and control the work of the kitchen and bar;
Order raw materials and cooperate with suppliers;
Create work schedules and time sheets;
Maintain a tidy, representative restaurant environment and ensure that every customer leaves us happy and satisfied.

Work experience in the catering industry as a production manager/restaurant manager for at least 2 years is required;
Good teamwork skills;
Computer literacy;
Good literacy skills in Lithuanian;
Knowledge of Russian/English;
Impeccable conflict management;
Ability to work and organize teamwork well;
Knowledge of hygiene standards;
Loyalty, honesty;
Flexibility to work in the evenings, weekends and holidays, if necessary;
Category B rights.
