We are looking for a colleague who is interested in technology, equipment operation and hands-on learning to join our team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced craftsman and gain real experience working with production equipment.

What will you do in this position?
- You will learn to perform technical maintenance and repair of sewing machines and other production equipment together with an experienced mentor;
- You will help diagnose equipment failures and perform preventive checks according to established instructions;
- You will participate in the installation of new equipment and contribute to the optimization of their work;
- You will help ensure order in the workplace and maintain technical documentation;
- You will gain practical knowledge about specific sewing equipment and the subtleties of its adjustment, learning directly from an experienced master.
What do we expect from the candidate?
- Technical education (in mechanics, electromechanics or similar field) or final year student;
- Interest in technology, mechanics and principles of operation of devices (advantage);
- Want to learn and develop by working together with an experienced mentor;
- Ability to follow technical instructions and responsibly perform assigned tasks;
- Diligence, responsibility and logical thinking;
- Ability to work in a team.
