We are currently looking for a Mechanical Works Manager to strengthen our team, who would become a connecting link between market opportunities and our technical solutions. Responsibilities:
- Organization of the work of the site team, distribution of responsibilities within the team, coordination of the tasks performed;
- Solution of technological and technical work tasks;
- Communication with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, manufacturers;
- Timely execution of work schedules and quality control of the work performed;
- Preparation and coordination of acceptance and transfer acts of the completed work with customers;
- Filling out the team's working time accounting tables;
- Coordination of additional agreements with customers;
- Supervision and control of occupational safety requirements at the site.
Requirements:
- Higher or higher engineering education (mechanics, construction);
- Experience in managing technological equipment installation, maintenance and repair works;
- Similar work experience in implementing industrial projects in Lithuania and/or abroad - an advantage;
- SSVA certificate - an advantage;
- Computer skills ("MS Office" package);
- Category B driver's license;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian - an advantage;
- Responsibility, attentiveness, communication skills and diligence;
- Most projects are carried out at client facilities, so we expect readiness to work on a business trip basis.
