- Ensure reliable operation of production technological equipment and technical maintenance of the mechanical part.
- Organize installation, commissioning and adjustment of production technological equipment.
- Form a team, take care of training, motivation and retention of subordinate employees.
- Coordinate the performance of tasks of subordinate employees.
- Effectively manage the use of labor resources and tools.
- Ensure the implementation of established key performance indicators.
We hope that:
- You have a higher technical education in mechanics or a similar field.
- You have similar management experience in a manufacturing company.
- You are able to organize and motivate employees to responsibly perform assigned tasks.
- You have computer skills.
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently.
- You are able to communicate in English (written and oral).
- You have a responsible attitude to work, you feel responsible for performing work in a high-quality and timely manner.
- You are ready to learn and develop together with the HOMANIT team.
