Nature of work
We are looking for an experienced and creative team member, ready to create and develop complex mechanical solutions. If you have experience with moving mechanisms and want to see the real result of your work - join us!
- Design: 3D model and drawing creation of telescopic masts, retractable and articulated-lever mechanisms.
- Calculations: Performing kinematic and strength calculations (FEA/KĖA) (bending resistance, stability, wind loads).
- Drives: Selection and integration of drive mechanisms (winches, cable systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, ball screw pairs).
- Documentation: Preparation of a full design documentation (KD) package.
- Production support: Participation in the production, assembly and testing of prototypes.
Employee requirements
- Education: Higher technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, Applied Mechanics, Robotics).
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in designing extendable, telescopic or lifting mechanisms.
- Tools: Excellent 3D-CAD skills (SolidWorks).
- Calculation skills: Experience working with calculation systems.
- Materials: Able to select materials, bearings, gears and other standard components.
- Good knowledge of Russian (required).
- Good knowledge of English (required).
