In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Planning, prioritizing and distributing daily team work, ensuring smooth execution of tasks and efficient use of resources
• Analyzing emerging discrepancies, non-standard situations and technical challenges and finding solutions in cooperation with related teams
• Ensuring smooth dissemination of information between team members and other departments of the organization
• Advising team members on daily work issues and helping them solve more complex situations
• Continuous monitoring of processes and providing suggestions for improving activities and quality assurance

The team expects from you:

• You have a higher university education in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, physics, production engineering or another related technical field
• You have accumulated at least 5 years of experience in the field of mechanical design or development of engineering solutions
• You have at least 2 years of management experience in an engineering or technological organization and have led teams of specialists
• You are able to form team goals, plan resources, set priorities and ensure the achievement of results
• You have excellent knowledge of product development, mechanical design and production processes
• You are able to develop employees, provide feedback and grow a strong and result-creating team
• You communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, both orally and in writing in writing
