Daily challenges:
- analysis of design and technical documentation related to mechanical systems (HVAC, VN)
- participation in the organization and coordination of mechanical systems installation works at the construction site
- collaboration with the project team, contractors and subcontractors
- preparation, coordination, administration and verification of technical and executive documentation
- identification of technical problems and proposing solutions during project implementation
Requirements:
- engineering education in mechanical engineering, energy, building engineering systems or similar field
- priority - experience and ability to prepare and manage construction documentation, analyze it and identify possible inconsistencies and risks
- similar work experience on a construction site, implementing mechanical systems projects
- Knowledge of HVAC, VN and other mechanical systems installation technologies
- responsibility and orientation to details
- knowledge of English and Russian for work in an international team

from 2500 €/month after taxes, plus daily allowance (47 eur/day). The salary depends on the candidate's work experience and skills. In case of higher financial expectations, negotiations are possible depending on the candidate's competencies and experience.
