Daily challenges:
- quality control of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, sewage) installation works at the construction site
- control of mechanical systems equipment, materials and documentation (certificates, declarations)
- recording of defects, preparation of acts and supervision of their elimination
- cooperation with construction managers, technical maintenance managers and subcontractors
- checking and filling out executive documentation
- ensuring compliance of mechanical systems works with design documentation, regulatory requirements, technical specifications and quality standards
Requirements:
- engineering education in mechanical engineering, energy, building engineering systems or similar field
- similar work experience on a construction site implementing mechanical systems projects (experience in quality control or technical maintenance is an advantage)
- knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, wastewater and other mechanical systems installation technologies
- knowledge of construction technical regulations, quality standards and occupational safety requirements
- ability to read technical projects and working drawings fluently
- strong organizational skills, responsibility and orientation to details
- ability to analyze technical documentation and identify potential inconsistencies and risks
- knowledge of English for working in an international team

- from 2 500,00 €/month. after taxes. The salary depends on the candidate's work experience and skills. In case of higher financial expectations, negotiations are possible depending on the candidate's competencies and experience.
