Mechanical Technician - CNC Milling Machine Adjuster

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing CNC machines for work: installing tools, clamping workpieces and setting the origin of coordinates according to the instructions provided
• Adjusting CNC machines according to prepared programs, technological cards and adjustment documentation
• Machining of parts and quality control of manufactured products, ensuring compliance with drawings and quality requirements
• Checking the dimensions of manufactured parts using measuring instruments and evaluating the results according to the established tolerances
• Basic maintenance of machine tools: monitoring and replenishing technical fluids, ensuring a tidy workplace
• Work in shifts: 06:00-14:30; 14:00-22:30

The team expects from you:

• You have a technical education (vocational, higher or university) or at least 1 year of experience working with CNC machines or in a similar production environment
• Ability to read technical drawings, understand dimensions and tolerances
• Experience using basic measuring tools and assessing the quality of parts
• Ability to independently perform daily tasks according to instructions and production documentation
• Knowledge of working with a Siemens CNC controller is an advantage
• Responsibility, diligence, attention to detail and good work planning skills
• Clear communication, teamwork and the ability to seek help in a timely manner when needed
