Mechanical Testing Specialist

Testing components, assemblies and prototypes
Performing measurements (including optical) during the development process
Defect analysis and preparation of technical reports
Assembling, tuning and troubleshooting prototypes and test equipment
Practical work: assembly, disassembly, modification and adaptation of parts
Simple machining work (drilling, tapping, tuning)
Assisting in tuning electronics and flashing firmware
Participating in field tests
Collaborating with engineers to improve the design

Knowledge of testing and quality control methods
Basic knowledge of electronics and measurement methods (including optics)
Practical experience in testing and reporting
Experience working with measurement and testing equipment
Basic CAD skills (SolidWorks / drawings)
Experience with programming / firmware tools
Strong practical skills: assembly, disassembly, alignment and adjustment of parts
Experience working with tools, small parts and soldering
Knowledge of the basics of mechanics (tolerances and allowances)
Basic understanding of machining processes
Ability to work with technical documentation
Oral knowledge of Russian (required)

Salary from 2500 to 3500 EUR gross per month.
Flexible start and end of the working day according to an agreed schedule.
